Pro Mastery was born in 2017 when our founders kept hearing the same complaint: personal development programs felt disconnected from real life. They started coaching friends, then referrals snowballed. By 2019, we formalized things and opened our doors. Nothing fancy happened—no VC funding or viral moment.
